The devotion to The Sacred Heart has always been special to me. I find meditating on this image a very consoling and peaceful way of prayer.
Along with the Immaculate Heart of Mary, presenting Her Heart as well, lets us know how important it is to love and adore Her Son. She is also depicted in images of serenity.
Both of these Hearts show the contrast of Heat and fire with a complete tranquility.
Let us not forget His love and zeal for us. May we always feel the flames of love that these loving Hearts portray.

In spanish speaking coutries, a print with a beautiful frame of the Sacred Heart is always present. Most of the time the print is facing the door. My mother had a beautiful print of the Sacred Heart, and it did not matter where you stood, we could swear those eyes follow you.
My family has been enthroned to the Sacred and Immaculate Hearts. It was a beautiful ceremony right in our home. We now have a image of the Hearts.
